    Hi,

    The css class used for the heading is form-input-wide you can format the
    font type by adding the following lines in custom inject css field.

    To get to the Custom Inject CSS:

    1. Open your form in JotForm
    2. Click on 'Setup &  Embed
    3. Select 'Preferences
    4. Choose 'Form Styles' tab

    .form-input-wide
    {
    font-size: 15px;
    font-family: Verdana;

    }

    You can install Firebug to view the css class and ids used in the Form so that any time you can format it according to your needs. Watch this to see how you can use firebug to find
    out ID or Class of any element in a page:

    The following site http://www.w3schools.com/css/ also gives you a comprehensive
    explanation on using CSS.

    Let us know if there is anything else you need.

    Regards,
    Mliz
