I can see that you have received 31 Submissions only, so you must still have enough space. I checked your account it seems that everything is working normally, it is ACTIVE and I did not see any advertisement saying you are at your limit.
Please try clearing your browser's cache and cookies and if the advertisements still appears, don't hesitate to contact us.

Hi! do you have the "Secure Form" option on at your Embed Form Wizzard?
This could be the reason depending on your account type(Free?) do you have more than one form? with a free account the Secure Submission Limit is 10.
