emails from contactform not received

    I put the emailadress as the receiving address, but emails do not arrive. Not in SPAM either.

    Other emailaddresses do work, so it seems to be only the address. Can you help find out what the problem is?

    Hi Dorien,

    I have now removed your email from the bounce list. You should now received submissions from now on.

    Your email service provider blocks message coming from us. I would suggest to whitelist our Mail Server IPs and domains to avoid this from occurring again. Check this guide: How to setup email alerts to prevent email bouncing related issues
