emails from contactform not received

    LS,

    I put the emailadress info@de-onderstroom.nl as the receiving address, but emails do not arrive. Not in SPAM either.

    Other emailaddresses do work, so it seems to be only the info@de-onderstroom.nl address. Can you help find out what the problem is?

    Hi Dorien,

    I have now removed your email from the bounce list. You should now received submissions from now on.

    Your email service provider blocks message coming from us. I would suggest to whitelist our Mail Server IPs and domains to avoid this from occurring again. Check this guide: How to setup email alerts to prevent email bouncing related issues
