    Hi! in order to get your new form at your website you will need to copy the "Embed Code" generated by the form builder in your website page, you could reach that by:

    1. Click on "Setup & Embed" tab in edit mode of your form

    2. Click on the "Embed Form" button

    3. Click the "Embed" button

    4. Copy the generated code

    5.  Paste the code into your contact.html website file.

    Also you can follow this guide about Adding a form to a Web Page

    hope it helps

    Hi,

    First off, I found a small styling issue on the error validation message in your form. I have now fixed this for you since I was the one who shared that form template. :)

    Regarding on embedding, I found your new form's embed code between the style tag on your version2 form embed code. That's not right, this is the reason why the new embedded form doesn't work.

    First, you need to clean the v2 form source code in your contact.html file. You need to remove it before replacing it with the new source code. Simply find the starting tag <form and the ending tag </form> and delete everything between them. After that replace it with your new form source code as indicated by my colleague above.

    Thanks!

    @telco@telcosa.co.za

    Yes, because the one embedded in your contact us page is the old form you've mentioned. Now the next thing you need to do is to replace the deleted source code with your new form embed code. I would recommend using iframe embed code. Here's How to get Iframe Embed Code of your form.

    Thanks!

    The embed form tool is not working.

     Is there another way to get the embed code?

    @ telco@telcosa.co.za

    Hi, can you please tell us which part is not working? Are you not able to get the iframe code of the form?

    I tested it under your account, and your form http://www.myjotform.com/form/32033520632541 iframe code is this

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//www.myjotform.com/form/32033520632541" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:635px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    <script type="text/javascript">window.handleIFrameMessage = function(e) {var args = e.data.split(":");var iframe = document.getElementById("JotFormIFrame");if (!iframe)return;switch (args[0]) {case "scrollIntoView":iframe.scrollIntoView();break;case "setHeight":iframe.style.height = args[1] + "px";break;}};if (window.addEventListener) {window.addEventListener("message", handleIFrameMessage, false);} else if (window.attachEvent) {window.attachEvent("onmessage", handleIFrameMessage);}</script>

    I used the guide on how to get iframe code provided by EltonCris.

    If Ok with you, you can already use the code I provided.

    But we should also be clear that you are not having any issue in generating the code on your end. So, please provide us more details if you are having issue on this process and we will investigate.

    Thanks.
