Stripe integration: Credit card fields are not displaying on the form

    I recently created some forms and added Stripe for the payment method. It seems that the credit card info section is not showing up on the final form.

    The following forms are exhibiting this problem:

    "Seasonal payment Sunday Academy training " URL:

    "Personal Training"

    "Monthly Sunday Academy training"

    I am able to replicate the issue with your forms and using Test mode on the cloned form. I am forwarding the issue to our backend team for further investigation. Once we have any news in this regard, we'll let you know here.

    Meanwhile, you may try using Product list field to configure the payment method if you are not using subscription payment method.

    Thank you for your quick reply regarding my request , I'm trying to
    follow the tips you sent me on the previous email but it's not working .
    My business is on hold right now because of the credit card issue , can you

    We apologize for the ongoing issue. I've tried cloning your form and I'm still able to see the problem. However, when I tried creating a new form, it now displays the credit card field.

    Can you please confirm if you are able to see the credit card field if you create a new form?

    As for the product list field, you can find that in the form elements tab.

    Due to a problem in connection, you saw the integration state as "Connected" instead of "Disconnected". That caused credit card fields not to be rendered on the page. We updated our codebase. Would you please integrate Stripe to your form again? Please inform us if you have any other problems.
