Can someone please get back to me. This si the third request I am asking for help in the last 2 weeks. I am not receiving e-mail alerts and everything is set up correctly through jotform. I am launching my site tomorrow (May 9) and need to have this resolved asap. It's very frustrating that I have not heard back from you guys and this is my 3rd request on the same issue. If I don't hear back from you within the next few days I am going to scrap using jotform and go to someone else who offers the same service. Thank you email@example.com

As a matter of fact, you did receive replies on both threads you have opened previously. Of course, you did not get notified because you're using the wrong email address in your account, and in your notifications.
Please check your previous help requests to see what exactly is wrong with your account.
I have changed your account's email address to firstname.lastname@example.org so that you will receive a notice for this reply. Hope you finally see the cause of your problem. Thank you.
