I have a serious problem my forms do not arrive at the registered email address, the email is contrato.goomark @ outlook.com, urgently need to be solved

I checked your email and it's not in the bounce list. The latest logs indicates that submissions notifications has been successfully delivered to your email address.
Kindly review this on your end. Check your spam folder, they may land there due to spam filtration cases. We also recommend whitelisting our Mail Server domains and IPs as it may help resolved this problem. How to setup email alerts to prevent email bouncing related issues
