Card form is not opening on one iPad

    I am using an older model Ipad for my people to register using my forms.  I have had no trouble getting the classic form to display.  I made a new form using the card format and for some reason, it won't load on my IPad.  Could it be that  old ipads don't support that version?  Or why don't you think the form will open on my ipad? It opens fine on my computer and on my website, just not on the ipad.  (It will open on one ipad but not my other one.)

    Forms are responsive by default and will open on any device. It could be possible that your old iPad is using an old iOS version. Try updating the software and then check, else you could use your other iPad where the form is working as you've already mentioned.

    Could you let us know the iPad model and iOS version where the form is not loading?

    I tried updating the ipad. It said everything was up to date. It just keeps the little spinning wheel going but never opens up. Today I did have more progress – it turned the correct color (the blue with the green bar at the bottom and the arrow) But it still won’t open up. Also you suggested that I just use a different Ipad since it works on one of them. I need multiple ipads for registrations. I can’t get by with just one.

    I would like to clarify if the problem is when you opened the form through its direct URL or through its embedded version or for both?

    If it's embedded, please try our other embed options such as the iframe method:

    If it's through its direct URL, please try switching browsers on your iPad device. Try Chrome or Firefox.

    2. Yes this is the form that won’t open up.
    I’ll try the other options you mentioned.
