Getting notification without sending it to the client

    How do I manage so I only got the notification without jotform sending notification to a client?

    Hi there,

    thank you for reaching out to us. Normally the Notification Email is sent to you, while the Autoresponder Email is sent to whoever filled out the form unless otherwise configured.

    So, deleting the Autoresponder email should prevent the form from sending an email to your client. If you send us a link to the form in question we are happy to double-check the settings for you.
