Embedding a form into an auto-responder email

I have created a form (lease application) and published it on my website, but often times, the person filling out the form doesn't have all of the information that's required within reach, or would rather not fill the form out online.

I was wondering if there was a way to place a submit button on the webform's page, that when clicked, would automatically send an auto-responder email to the person filling out the form, that has the complete and fillable form inbedded right into the email, which would automatically get sent back to me as their email reply?  OR if a pdf file verion of the form could be attached to the auto-responder email? (but not as a hyperlink)

The attached photo is a screenshot of my email box and is an example of what I have in mind.

Is there any way to accomplish this?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

That's not possible unfortunately. JotForm form works best when opened in a browser since it requires javascript to run in order for the form to work properly like form validations. I'm afraid it ain't gonna work out even if you use your form's source code. PDF can't be embedded as well (note that not all email clients does not supports script embedding). We'd recommend to use your form URL instead, this should be the best solution to avoid any issues.

    Best Regards!
