lets say I have 100 items to choose from in a list form,,,, the customer can choose up to a limited number and in doing so, the chosen items populate the box below showing items selected....
how can I do this? is it possible?

It's feasible but would require embedding the form's full source into a page along with a script to perform the population. I can provide a demo but would such a workaround be suitable for you?
- phxbeachAnswered on July 25, 2013 at 11:33 AMthat would be to much hassle for me...
I have another question,,, I am developing a website, pretty complex,,,, mybestbid.net
this is the technology we are using:
.net framework 4.5
Text API -ASP.NET
SQL server ----
would it be possible to use your forms on our website ???
if so, how?
you would make my day if there was a way I could design the forms and transfer to the site ......

Regarding your first query, we would provide the requisite script, so there's no need to worry about that. Here's a simple demo showing how it would work. (The script can be seen near the bottom of the page's source.)
As far as our forms working on your site, it would just be a matter of getting the appropriate code from the Embed Form Wizard and embedding it. In the case of the form like the demo, you would need to use the full form source, due to the custom script. At any rate, we're always here to provide assistance should you encounter any difficulties.
