One of your competitors shows an example of how a form created via their service can utilize the Mail Chimp api to load form submissions to Mail Chimp. That sort of option is critical as it allows a trigger email immediately AND via the email service tracks and tags bounces...bad email addresses. And having the service do that automatically makes it much easier. The example your cmpetitor gives make it seem like you could easily do the same thing. Their example is found here: Can you mimic this? It requires a custom post where fields are relabeled to match the field names of the email provider.

Mail Chimp is actually one of the many features planned for this year together with
other email service providers integration. We continue to improve JotForm by adding
more advanced features such as this.
