    Hello - I checked the email address you used to open this support ticket and it seems you're only using a guest account. Kindly note that guest accounts are only saved in internet browsers. That is the reason why you can't log in or reset password.

    I'd suggest signing up so you can have a JotForm account. https://www.jotform.com/signup/ 

    If you are, however, referring to a different account, kindly share with us the username or email it's associated with so we can check.
