Can your software do this?

Hello,

I am looking to create a landing page and integrate a checkout form. The checkout must integrate and deposit to Square.

The form also needs to have a checkmark for acceptance of Terms of Use and confirmation that the user is 19+ years (we are selling wine).

Please let me know if your form can do all these things. Would you provide a script the embeds into my existing landing page or host the form at a link you provide?

The form is for one product at a set price, but there is variable shipping that needs to be charged based on the province in Canada:

- on the first product, 3 different shipping rates - should automatically be charged based on the province entered

- on the second and subsequent products, a reduced shipping rate - should automatically be charged based on the province entered
