I received an email that says:
You have reached your JotForm upload limit.
I deleted all the items that had been uploaded - can I still have my free account or do I need to upgrade?

Apologies for the inconvenience. I have tried refreshing the limit counters on your account and it lifted the over-limit status. Please try accessing the forms again and let us know if the issue still persists on your end.
