Is there a way to link the results of one form's submission to fields in a second form?

Asked by keman1383 on July 25, 2013 at 02:31 PM

I would like user submitted data from one form to be automatically copied to a second form based on what is submitted. Is this possible? For example, I'm having people submit the title of an event in a proposal form and then I'd like for the thank you page to provide a link to the evaluation form which automatically enters the title of the event from the proposal form.
