Online form creation download issue

Hello, 

I created an online form, Lady O Contact, you can can see it in my profile. 

I have tested my contact form and it works fine except, when I go to view the attachment in the contact email i receive (owner), I can pull up the file download up when on a CPU computer, but can not view the file download from my phone or tablet.  Not sure what is wrong, I can open and see it fine on my cpu. I need to forward these estimates as I get them and I need the artist to be able to open the attachment from the customer on their phones or tables. Please advise if this is something that needs to be tweaked on my end or if you can't simply look at a file from a mobile device.  Btw, when I do try and access it on the mobile device, it takes me to an error landing page on your website (screen shot included). I'd like to subscribe to this service now that I found a use for it but can't find it efficient if I can only pull the files form a cpu and not my mobile devices.  Thank you for your time.
