Branding on form url

Hello Iam trying to figure out how I remove Jotform branding and add my own url to show my personal website?

Domain customization is currently available for Enterprise accounts only. For standard plans, like yours, you can only create CUSTOM URLs for your forms. Here's a guide on How-to-Create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-Form.

Another workaround is to embed your form to your website, so the user will just enter your site's URL and they may find the form there. Here's a guide on Embedding-a-Form-to-a-Web-Page.
