Usually, we have a student go onto our website to "sign-up"; after they sign up, we can create the EXCEL sheet with ALL our student members and their information. (Name/Address/Phone etc...)
My question is: can we copy paste information from another EXCEL list and add it onto our EXCEL list without having the student go onto our website to "sign-up"?
I just need to add students into our database, even when the student does not go onto our website to sign up.

Hi, I have little confusions with your question. Which Excel list you are talking about? Can you please provide us the Page URL where you embed this Excel list? Let us know some more details.
