Changing layout of results in the Google Sheet

Is there a way to change the layout of results in Google Sheets? Instead of each entry being a new row, is it possible to have each one be a new tab with each form field being its own line in the spreadsheet?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to send each entry to a new tab and thus change the layout of the Google sheet.

The Google sheet could not be edited. If the sheet is touched then that might break the integration and submission could no more be synched into it.
