I d not wish to renew this subscription and was surprised it was taken out of my account. Can you reverse the transaction please? I no longer require

Please note that you were charged since all our plans auto-renew at the end of the billing period unless manually cancelled.
As per your request, I have now cancelled your subscription and issued a full refund.
Please note that the refund could take 5 to 10 business days to reflect on your card.
Your account is now downgraded to Free and will not be charged again.
