Hello,
Employee who cared for BravaPOS JotForm's has left the company and failed to provide access information before leaving. How do we restore our access?

Hi,
The form is under an account that has the Email address: it@bravapos.com
Since it's under your domain, I believe you have access to that Email. You can simply reset your Jotform password and log in to the account.

It looks like our former employee changed the email address on this account before I could reset the password. Can you please help me regain access to our forms?

The forms are associated with the account relhamdi and registered using relhamdi@gmail.com now. As we check the account, it is currently holding Bronze subscription plan. Since it is using a different email address and having a paid subscription, we request you to get in touch with the employee to provide the access to your account. If you have an account, you may also ask the user to post a request to transfer the forms to your account.
