Appointment field: want the reservation to be only available on one day.

I love that you've added the appts feature to your forms.  I'm looking to create a form that allows people to sign up for 50-minute spots, but only on one particular day.  We do this a lot.  I'm having trouble, though.  I've sent the range to include the last week of August because I want to schedule on August 28 only.  I was able to customize the appt time easily.  But I can't get the calendar to select just the day I want.  Can you help?

Kindly change the Start and End dates to be on the 28th of August if you want the reservation to be only available on that day.
