Email are not received

    Hi,

    There are enquiries which are being filled out on my Jot Form which are not getting to me. There are 2 things which are happening.

    1. The enquiries End up in my Email Junk File- This is fine i am adding addresses to the trust list as this happens and it is happening less and less.

    2. The email does not get sent to me at all and I can only see the enquiry when I log into my account on Jotform.Com. This is very concerning as I don't check this as frequently and there is no record in my emails to remind me of the enquiry.

    My concern is how would I know if there are enquiries which I am not getting at all because your system seems to be faulty. I can not afford that!!! How would I even know.

    To clarify, when you say "Enquiries" are you referring to file attachments on the form that does not show up when you are not logged in.

    If so, please go to your Account Settings > Privacy > and uncheck the relevant options:

    All data involved in the form will be indicated in the email notification.

    Hi,
    Thanks for your response.
    No - When I say enquiries - I am referring to the fact that we are using your system to receive enquiries for service from potential clients- Hence a completed from with any and all information is an enquiry. These are what are not getting through to me/ ending up in spam and trash/ or only visible when I physically log in to Jot Form. com in to my account.

    Thanks for clearing that up for us, I cloned and tested the form and I was able to receive the email notification successfully after filling out the form:
