Can't change username/email

    Hi Team


    Can you please the username or "log in with google" account associated with the account john.broadbent to ben.cooper@raywhite.com


    I tried changing the password but it keeps saying I am entering my current password incorrect - when I am - so I am guessing that is a Google Account thing.

    You are right, the reason why it say's Password Incorrect is that your account was signed up with Google. To have a separate password for your Jotform account and to change your username, kindly refer to the below guides:
