Can you help me move or transfer all my form to my new account

My account have limited storage. I need to upgrade it if i still can use this form but i am not affordable to pay the fees. Can i use this form with my new account?

Please note that when the form is transferred, all submissions will be included as well. So if your new account is using a FREE plan then it will be the same, unless you have upgraded your new account to any subscription.

You can also upgrade your account to storage plan to remove the storage limit.
