On the referenced form, I have a condition to show one of two payment options, 1 for check and 1 for on-line via PayPal.  If the user selects check, they are supposed to be redirected to the Thank you page but they are instead getting redirected to PayPal.  This used to work as expected when tested a couple of weeks ago but now it is no longer working.

    Hello cfectx,

I have checked your form and saw that there are pre-checked fields by default in your list of products in Paypal.

When there are no selected values in your products in the Paypal field, it will not prompt for a Paypal payment.  I would suggest that you remove the checked values by default so it will not redirect to Paypal login page.

    Hope this helps.

Hello Antonio.  You can create another product and set it as a dummy with 0 value, then you can have it hidden using CSS.  This way, the product will appear on your form and you'll be able to select/deselect it via checkbox.

Please let us know if you need further assistance on this.

    Hi Liyam,

My condition to allow the customers to select their preferred payment, either by direct bank-in or PayPal. If they select Direct Bank-in, they should not be redirected to PayPal but unfortuantely, the conditional hidden field just doesn't work as expected. I do not want the product to be selected, neither I want the default price that I fixed to disappear. The users should not be allowed to enter any price that they want.

Please help, this is urgent as the customer is still waiting for me to resolve the problem.

    Thank you.

    Antonio

Hello Antonio.  To be able to help you better, can you start a new topic so we can also discuss other details on your form?  It would also be great if you can share which form is it on your account on the new topic that you'll create.

    Thanks.
