Jot Form Monthly Submission Limit

    Good Morning,

    At the end of July, we hit our "monthly submission limit". Starting August 1, we are still getting that error message. Can you assist?

    I've checked your account and limits are successfully reset. Thus, you should not be getting any limit related error messages. 

    Please check and let us know if the issue still persists.
