Frequent loss of integration with google spreadsheet

Dear, I realized that lately, in some forms with integration with google, they simply stop sending data to spreadsheets, so, to solve the problems, I have to reestablish the integration, and everything goes back to working normally. What do I have to do to stop it? This is causing me a lot of inconvenience, and for my client as well.

Thank you for contacting us. I apologize for the inconvenience you and your clients are experiencing.

Have you perhaps recently changed a folder name or file name in Google Sheets? This can cause the integration to stop and you will need to reintegrate Google Sheets. In any other case, this should not happen we will look into the issue further.

In order to understand more about the issue, could you please tell us which forms are affected? Did all the submission data stop sending or just some of it? How many times has this happened before?

I am looking forward to your reply.

To add to the above comment.

If this just happens to certain fields, and not the complete sheet.

If you have changed the field name on the form itself, and it is different to the column name within the Google sheet this will cause the data to stop being transferred to the Google sheet.

Rather than have to set up the integration again if you copy the form field name from Jotform and paste it into the column header it will re-establish the link. The advantage of this is all formatting on the G-sheet remains intact.

    Hi there,

If you have changed the field name on the form itself, and it is different to the column name within the Google sheet this will cause the data to stop being transferred to the Google sheet.

    - Yes, this is correct, the integration is set up in a way to make sure that either all the columns match the fields on the form.

Rather than have to set up the integration again if you copy the form field name from Jotform and paste it into the column header it will re-establish the link. The advantage of this is all formatting on the G-sheet remains intact.

    - I will forward your suggestion to our developers but could not guarantee if they will consider it for implementation.

    Thank you for your patience.

Dears, tanks for your time and attention.
I have a panel that shows me the data, so I notice that the panel stops
    updating.
When I evaluate the spreadsheet and compare it with the jot form answer
    bank, I see
that the spreadsheet is out of date, so when I redo the connection, the
    panel and
spreadsheet update. Another point is that when I make a change by jotform
    edit, the
spreadsheet does not update accordingly. I do not make changes in the
    fields, as they
are already very stable systems that do not apply improvements.

This may be happening due to the changes made to the integrated document as the connection is breaking, I can see my colleague already opened a ticket for this, we will keep you updated via this ticket.

Also, if you edit the submission on the submissions page, the updates will be sent over to the integrated document, unless the connection is already broken.
