How to insert a hyperlink into your form

How do you Insert a HyperLink on Jotform? The instructions (online) refer to a "text" option on the form builder, which when used, presents an html button to add a link to the form.  I am either missing something or the instructions are dated bc three isn't a "text" option.  There is a short and long text option, but neither offer the option to insert a hyperlink on the form.  please advise if this is possible, and if so, how to.

If you wish to add a text with a hyperlink to your form, you can use the Paragraph field and include your hyperlink there. It will show up as formatted text in your form.
