I didn't receive two applications on my MI Artists application today-but they sent a payment

Hi-I'm concerned that two artists applications didn't submit properly to my MI Artists form. I received payment from both by no application. Was there a glitch earlier this morning? I did send a test application through just now and it make it to the messages. The two artists are Sherrie Tiderington and Jeffrey R. Weir. My test application that arrived is Val Allen. Do you see anything on your end. Should I just be patient?

Plus page one of the submissions has a huge gap between the 2 most recent submission and the rest on that page. Is that a problem? 

I'm currently looking at your account, I'll update you on this same thread as soon as I have some news.

In this case, I found one message from Sherrie Tiderington but I believe it is before the first submission.

Could you please provide me with the email address of Jeffrey R so we can check the submissions logs?

Update: I already found out that the sherrie tederington app was human
error. She forgot to hit the submit button. I have hers now. I’m waiting on
reply from Jeffrey. Could be same error. Just weird that it was 2 in a row.
