    I am creating a "Work Order" form for my Condo Association and would like to know how to have the form automatically sent to our property manager.


    Thank you. 


    Can you please provide the steps.

    Hi there,

    There are two types of email you can set up when a form is submitted.

    If you go the settings button, and then select emails from the lefthand menu, then select the plus at the top and create a new notification email.

    You can rename the notification to explain what it is used for and enter the email address of the property manager. There is various customization available for the content of the email.

    Greetings, 

    Do you need further assistant in this process? 

    Like my colleague said you can set up a notification every time that the person will fill out the form and then this submissions will be sent to your manager. It can also be in a PDF file.
