Changing 'return address'

    I'm doing a questionnaire for a friend. How do I get the 'thank you' / success email to show (her) Sender Address rather than my 'account holder' email address?

    You can edit the sender email address of the Auto responder email in
    JotForm. First you need to setup the auto responder, this is the email
    sent out to users who fill out the form right after they submit it. You can
    update the subject and body of the email according to your needs.

    Open your form in JotForm then do the following:

    1. Click on "Setup and Embed" tab on the form builder toolbar     
    2. Click on "Email Alerts"
    3. Click on "Add New Email"
    4. Select "Autoresponder" option, click "Next" and complete the wizard.
        In the wizard you will be asked to enter the sender email address,
        you can change it to reflect your friend's address instead.
