Unable to submit the form on webpage

We are getting feedback saying that when they press the submit button it wont go through. I've looked through the applitcation and everything on our end looks correct. Is there a way we can test? Is there a setting to allow some people to submit and not others? Maybe we need to upgrade to a different plan.

    Thanks so much

    Halo

    Hi Halo,

    Thank you for contacting Support.

I tried submitting it from your webpage and it doesn't submit. It only shows "Please wait".

Can you try to embed the form using the IFrame code without the <script></script> part.

Collecting sensitive information such as SSN and Driving License may violate our terms-of-use if appropriate security practices not followed.

If you require to collect a Social Security number for legitimate purposes you may do so, but you are required to use the best security practices of JotForm, Inc. including SSL and Encrypted Forms features.

If your purpose is not to collect SSN from the general public, but from your own customers; and if your business is among the list above and you comply with recommendations below, then we can make the exception:

    1. Add Terms of Use widget (for your users to read and agree). This will surely make your forms not to be considered as guilty of phishing activities

    2. You also want to use your business email address on Jotform your profile rather than the public email address you currently show.

Let us know how it goes.
