How to fix quote marks when JotForm corrupts them?

It's so frustrating when " gets turned into a load of messy HTML code. I need to use quote marks often.

Even when I manually fix it, it just rests back to the messy bug.

Please advise how to work around. Thank you

I apologize for the inconvenience caused.

I've just checked the forms on your account but can't see where this is happening, could you let me know which form it's happening on?

And also, are you copying and pasting the content from somewhere else where it might have been html encoded?
