I am being told my form is over quota, but it is not.

    My form says it is over quota, but there have only been five submissions. I have cleared my jotform and browser cache, but no success. How can I fix this?

    Hi,

    I have cleared your cache and checked your form. I was able to open it, it doesn't appear over quota to me.

    Please let us know if you face any further issues.
