    Hi @ddemetriou, 

    We have a range of payment integrations, and information on them (and how to set your chosen one up) can be found here. 

    But I've taken a look at your form, and at the moment you have Square partially added. If you mouse over the bottom area of the form, and then click 'Payment Settings':

    You'll then have this option appear on the right hand side:

    You can then click 'Connect with Square' and add in your setup information.
