    Have you tried the steps provided in the How-to-Prevent-Emails-from-Landing-in-Gmail-s-Spam-Folder user guide?

    As per checked on our system, the email address that you have used in this support ticket is not associated with any JotForm account. Please let us know the email address that is linked to your form so that we could check if emails are getting sent from JotForm's end.

    No I did not do that because for me it is really complicated and not user friendly.
    When we go into our gmail account and actually block, this should automatically remove any coming in that were blocked.

    Hi, thank you for your response.

    You can try adding JotForm's noreply@jotform.com email address to your contacts list to prevent our emails from going to spam. Also, if possible, can you please share a screenshot of the Gmail setting and we will take a look.
