Moving form to different work account

Good afternoon,

I would like to move the "2020 IOP Mid-Summer Internship Evaluation" form to the account of my coworker whose email is cehurley@uchicago.edu. Can you please transfer it?

Also, when I create new forms, how can I ensure that they are under this account from the start instead of me having to email you to transfer them?

Please note that you take ownership of the forms created under your account. If you wish to have the form under someone else's account, you may create the form by logging in to their account.
