Getting all the submission data from previous submissions on one PDF file that is attached to the email notification

We have 2 forms already in use. When someone uses the registration form we get an email with their information and a pdf. When someone uses the diocesan jh form we get a notification, but there is only one file and it keeps adding new submissions to the same file. What’s different? How do we fix it?

To my understanding, you are downloading the PDF file of the submission for both forms on the email you are receiving when the forms are submitted.

If you are referring to the PDF submission as an email attachment, then it should only download the PDF file of a single submission. If the attached PDF file includes all the submissions from the new and previous submissions then there must be an issue.

I have checked the Diocese of Beaumont form in your account and found that the original PDF document is attached to the email notification you are receiving.

I have cleared the form cache of your account, can you please make a test submission and confirm if the PDF document attached to the email notification you receive still has all the submission data from previous submissions?

I don’t t know what to do on my end.
The registration form works perfect. When we get an email notification for this form, it’s for one submittal and contains the data and below that we get a populated original pdf.
When we get a submittal for the diocese of Beaumont jh form, it’s not a separate file. It’s added to the previous email, like it’s a thread or something. And there’s not a pdf attached.
    Please help resolve this
I’m new to your service and did both forms identically.

The second Form does not have a pdf attached, not email as I typed on the previous message.

    Hi there,

I've been doing some testing by creating clones of your forms. The notification emails I receive for both forms start forming up a thread in the emails because the sender of the emails is the same(JotForm) plus the subject of the notification emails is the same as well.

All notification emails have their own PDF's in them.

To avoid creating a thread of your notification emails you can make your notification email subject dynamic. We have a step by step guide available on the link below.

Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.
