I tried looking at http://kingdomoverflow.com/ but I was not able to find the form.

Hi there,
I've opened your website and I'm getting the same behavior.
I cloned your form and it seems like it doesn't look good on desktop view as well.
Kindly review the CSS codes injected into your form, it seems to be the one causing the issue. I tried removing the CSS codes in the cloned form and it looks way better for me.
