Integrate ordering items in paypal widget

    We have used Paypal business before in Jotform to accept payment for concert tickets. We charge "at cost" and made no profit. We would like to do something similar, but offer users a chance to order extras of an appreciation gift for $30 each. I have never done multiple items that need to be totaled. We are non-profit. Can you help direct us how to do this? I found instructions on using a personal Paypal, but we have a business PayPal. Here is the url of the form: https://form.jotform.com/202055955178056

    If I understand correctly, you wanted to enable payment options in your order form. 

    I suggest you review also the user guide : How to Pass a Calculation to a Payment Field

    First you need to configure the calculations in your order form to get the total amount. Then after, you can pass the total amount to the payment field to complete the payment process.

    The key here also is to set your payment field to use User Defined Amount as the Payment Type. You can switch the payment gateway to use PayPal Business and then change the Payment Type.

    You need to add Calculation widget to do the order total/amount calculations.

    I think we got the form all straight. But now I'm having difficulty with connecting to PayPal Business. It says "it looks like we need more information and says I'll only be able to collect up to $500 until I provide it" and then it took me back to Jotform. But I don't know what I'm missing or what I'm supposed to do. I logged into our PayPal business account and there is no message or alert there. Everything looks fine. Can you help?

    For this, I would recommend you contact PayPal support. It looks like your PayPal business account profile is not complete.
