I cannot reply to a ticket and I am locked out of my account. My account shows suspended and I am unable to reply to any responses until you un-suspend my account. I just need you to un-suspend my account so that I can have access to my saved forms and also so I can edit my form so it meets your terms and conditions.

Your account is suspended since you are collecting card details on your form "200297887262060".
This is in violation of our Terms of use and our PCI compliance.
We need to delete these fields on your form and only then can we activate your account.
