    I am locked out of my account and need help ASAP to reset my password.  I tried the reset password option, but it does not send an email to reset my password.  I also just upgraded to the GOLD subscription today, so not sure if that is contributing to this problem. I have form data that needs my immediate attention. PLEASE HELP ASAP.

    I have flushed your login attempts. Please try login to your account after clearing your browser cache with the same old password if you have not yet reset your password.

    I see you were sent a password reset email. Did you check the email in your inbox as well as your spam folder?
