Recently, my jotforms are taking several seconds--as much as 10--to load. I've been getting emails and phone calls telling me that the form is broken. What can I do to reduce load time? Or is this a jotform server issue?Liz

Hi, Can you please share us the link of the page where you embed the form. It will be helpfull for us to test and investigate further.

The issue is intermittent, so of course the link was slow earlier this morning and is working now! Here is the URL of one form that has been slow in loading: http://www.regionals.muohio.edu/admission/admission/visit/campus-visit-hamilton.htm

As I've check your website where your form embedded, I wasn't able to replicate the issue. You can take a look at this video: http://www.screencast.com/t/RtO94OJfZG
Basically, this kind of issue is had something to do with internet browser as well. If your internet browser is slow then the form would take some time to load.
