    Hello Choistie! As far as I can check, system tried to bill you on 31-07-2020 but the payment failed.

    The system will retry automatically to charge you again.

    In case you wish to make the payment immediately, you can also click on the 'pay now' link which was sent to you via email on 31-07-2020 itself.
