Getting error message when submitting the form.

    On submission of the form, getting an error message--as in attached screenshot.

    How to avoid/delete this page, which says buyers questionnaire, before the actual Form begins.

    this page says pls click submit button, but the form has Next button

    Since you have multiple issues, I'll try to address them on a separate ticket to avoid confusion.

    First issue will be addressed on this ticket.

    On submission of the form, getting an error message--as in attached screenshot. — That means you need to fill the required fields or the red blinking circles. Once every required field is filled, you should be able to complete and submit the form.
