Why didn't my test email arrive?

    Hi,

     

    I sent an email from http://www.practicesoloing.com/submissions.html but it never arrived at info@practicesoloing.com.

     

    I checked the FAQ on emailing but unfortunately I didn't find the steps clear enough to be helpful to me.

     

    Any suggestions?

    Hello,

    I did a mail log search and results indicates that the email was queued and sent

    May 9 23:58:18
    monk sm-mta[14579]: p4A3wIhB014577: to=<info@practicesoloing.com>, delay=00:00:00, xdelay=00:00:00, mailer=esmtp, pri=124107, relay=mx.practicesoloing.com. [66.96.140.50], dsn=2.0.0, stat=Sent (hfyJ1g01K4jkqFA09fyJCd mail accepted for delivery)

    Have you checked the spam and bulk folders? there are times that emails from JotForm are
    caught by the Spam filters.

    Adding JotForm to your whitelist would help.
