I can't find a form in my account

    I have a form which I have embedded into this address


    But when I log into JotForm I can not find it or any of the submissions.  Could you please help as I need to make contact to some of my applicants.


    I lifted this # http://www.jotform.com/submit/61563547552  from the form, maybe this will assist you to recover my list.

    Hi Peter

    Although the form in question does not exist in the NYSCoordinator account, I found it in an account that has the username "Referees". The associated email address is peterva@etc... (I didn't want to disclose the full address).

    Is that your account too?

    Yes, peterva@varitimos.com, not sure what the password was

    Okay, login to your varitimos.com email account and search for a message titled "Welcome to JotForm". In it you should find a link to reset your password. Click it.

    Alternatively, follow the directions in this thread.

    Please let us know if by following these directions you were able to login to the Referees account.
