Can you help me log into my account?

    When resetting my password I don't receive an email, are you able to reset my account?

    Hi, I'm happy to help you today.
    Seems like you email provider was rejecting emails coming from Jotform. 
    I have now removed your email from bounce list and you should receive the email.
    I've sent the reset password email to and it looks to have gone through this time. Please check your inbox, it should be there.
