    When resetting my password I don't receive an email, are you able to reset my account?

    Hi, I'm happy to help you today.
    Seems like you email provider was rejecting emails coming from Jotform. 
    I have now removed your email from bounce list and you should receive the email.
    I've sent the reset password email to carley.robinson@valorumfoundation.org and it looks to have gone through this time. Please check your inbox, it should be there.
